I reserve all copyright ownership of commissioned artworks.

I reserve the right to use commissioned works in my portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise.

I reserve the right to resale/reprint commissioned artworks under my copyright unless requested not too.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email or via google docs), but my signature may remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by me by creating a copy image with your name added as well (ie. through a watermark) when uploading on external sites.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my services as an artist only.

You, the Client may not claim my work as your own.

I have the choice to decline any requested commissions. This may be due to time constraints or if I don't feel comfortable with the request.

I will keep you updated with progress of sketches and ideas. Upon completion, you will receive the commission in full resolution file via email/google drive.

For extremely detailed designs especially accessories such as armour or intricate outfits, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal/private, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

Commercial use, will inlcude marketing, promotions, advertisments, merchandise. Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards).

By ordering a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

Commercial commissions will incur 100% increase of the base rate making it double the total price.

I reserve all copyright ownership of commercial commissioned artworks. (transferance may be negotiable)

I reserve the right to include commissioned artworks in my portfolio and subsequent social medias. (the client may request to hold off or not inlcude in social media)

You are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

I may take up to 1-5 days to respond to your initial order request.

The ETA of a commission will depend on the complexity of the request and schedule. Generally simpler work takes a few days to a week, more detailed work can be anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks.

I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

If you did not alert me to a deadline, you must not send reminders until the 5 weeks has passed.

If due dates are discussed, it is also the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.

Delays will be notified to the Client ideally weeks before but at the very least the week prior to deadline

Prices are set to USD.

Payments are made via WISE payment link (preferred however open to PayPal)

Any transaction fee will be covered by the artist. The price you see is what you pay.

Payments will be made in full 100% or partial 50% via depositing a down payment. partial payments will be paid half upfront and half after the artwork is completed and approved by the client. Once payments are confirmed and recieved, the files will be sent over via email/Google drive.

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.

I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s PayPal account.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.

Refunds may be requested before commission has started (approved sketch). No refunds will be accepted for cancelations after.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

You are required to contact me if you need to cancel a commission request.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

In the rare case I should find myself incapable of completing the commission, a refund of the full amount will be issued.

An additional character with the total of 2 characters will be subject to a fee of 50% of the base price. (subject to change based on complexity)

An express service fee of 50% will be added for projects requiring priority in a short amount of time. Fees are subject to increase depending on the project and provided timeframe.

A revision fee may be added if projects exceed the allowed adjustments and period. (see revisions & feedback for more info)

NSFW art is an additional 25% fee. (subject to change based on complexity.

Work in progress reports will be sent to you throughout the duration of the commission.

The first progress report is the sketch refinement phase. Here you are free to provide feedback and advise any changes (major or minor) while the sketch is being refined.

The works in progress images will be sent in lowered resolution .jpg file format with watermarks.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the order contains the details requested for me to follow.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

The second progress report, the client is only allowed 2 major adjustments within reason as we move from the refined sketch phase to flat colour render phase.

The third progress report, the client is only allowed minor adjustments (colour shifts, small details) any further major adjustment is subject to a revision fee that will depend on the nature of the change. This is due to the artwork having mostly been completed and is in the detail rendering phase.

After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a revision fee

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

Furry art, pets, heavy mecha, elderly, hateful art or anything else I am incapable of creating. Ask me if you are unsure.

I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.

Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.
